The Invisible Navvies of Utopia

I spent a lovely sunday afternoon chilling out in Thurston at the annual party organised by Bury LETS, the local bartering group for Bury St Edmunds. Hosted by one of the group members, the day was very relaxing and we were entertained by the fabulous folk group The Invisible Navvies of Utopia (who are available for ceilidhs, weddings, garden parties and anything else that you might think of)!

The kids had a fab time, playing with the toys and joining in with the music. I also managed to buy a wooden puppet for 100 Abbots (thanks to an impromptu auction) and as well as a few hand-made cards. All this, without spending any money!

Bear had a relaxed time too:

Anyone interested in joining Bury LETS can find out more about the group at www.burylets.org.uk. To find a LETS group near you, take a look at www.letslinkuk.net .
