One More Week to Go!

...Dorothy will be back from visiting her family in Oz. Yippee!!! Dorothy (not her real name of course) is my best friend and has been away for six whole weeks. It seems like an age, as we normally have so much fun doing stuff with the kids, shopping and putting the world to rights.

I haven't been a hermit. I've still kept up my social life....and set up this blog, possibly as an anti-dote. After all, apart from my beloved husband and my little sister (who lives miles away), Dorothy is the only other person who can probably tolerate my regular ramblings. So in her absence, I've just broadcast my mutterings to the whole world instead!
