Introducing my friend Tracey Smith

She's mad but I am so glad I know her and love her to bits. And if you're a Woman's Hour listener, you'll hear her on Wednesday talking about NACOA, a charity that supports children of alcoholics, of which she is a trustee. This particular Chinterview introduces her other project...The most wonderful Book of Rubbish Ideas, a must-have book for slimming down those overflowing rubbish bins.

Hi all - bless you missus, thanks for putting up this posting and Tara, it's a wiggie chick, a leftover from the halloween headgear to be precise!

Am in the heart of the metropolis right now, all geared up and ready for the morning.

If you, or anyone you know is affected by being a child of an alcoholic, young or old, please urge them to listen.

www.NACOA.org.uk are simply amazing. I was a COA, mum died 2 years ago to the illness and I know all about the volatility that exists in the COA's life.

Thanks for anything you can do and 21st century mummy, I love you to bits too old bean, hope to see you soon,

Hee hee, that's great. I love that book. I bought it as soon as it came out after your little review type thingy. I love the idea of chinterview. I might do one with my kids.

Oh. and I've tagged you for a meme thing. No pressure though. :D

Hi ladies - I'm posing here in my other persona. Not got enough time to log in with my 21stCM had on. But just wanted to say that the lovely Tracey has seen your wonderful comments and sends her heartfelt thanks. She would have thanked you personally but there was a technical hitch that was getting in the way. Enjoy the book. It's perfect for Christmas. :-D xxxxx
